Make the place felt.

A property of this scale needs more than a collection of listing photos. The challenge was to communicate the character of 241 Cape August Place and its waterfront setting through a consistent story, giving prospective buyers a useful sense of the home before visiting.

One creative direction, every touchpoint.

I produced the complete campaign: property photography, drone imagery, a video walkthrough, a custom website, and copy. Carrying the creative direction across those formats let the aerial views establish the setting while the photography and film brought attention back to the experience of the home.

A coordinated delivery.

My contribution extended from planning and production through editing and final presentation. The finished work gave the property a cohesive set of marketing materials, with each medium playing a distinct role rather than repeating the same view.

The outcome in context.

The $3.8 million property sold in 14 days. That is the confirmed property outcome; it does not isolate the effect of the campaign from pricing, market conditions, or the sales team. For me, the project demonstrates the value of directing the full creative experience from first impression to detailed exploration.

The property in motion.
